Flexible workplaces are nothing new in pharma, becoming embedded during the pandemic, but new Australian research has taken a deep dive into what flexible looks like in 2022, with surprising results.

The ability to work from home is no longer the gold standard of flexibility - in fact just 26 per cent of those surveyed rated location of work as the most important type of work flexibility.
