Aust price cuts not the worst

While the average price of branded pharmaceuticals in Australia is going backwards a global survey has found that in the United States, prices have soared by more than 18 per cent every year since 2017.

According to data analytics company GlobalData, the price of branded drugs in Australia fell by an annual average of 3.54 per cent between 2017-2021, a drop not as sharp as that experienced in some other developed nations.
