Five new drugs recommended for approval this month by the EMA's advisory body the CHMP may hint at what is soon to arrive in Australia, with one already registered here.
Of the five recommended, only Gilead's Trodelvy, a first-in-class medicine to treat an aggressive form of breast cancer is registered here but with local registrations often close behind Europe, the remaining four could arrive soon.
