AstraZeneca has revealed Alexion staff will be joining its office at Macquarie Park next year after a global buy out of the rare disease company in July this year for $51.77 billion.

"Following AstraZeneca's acquisition of Alexion was completed in July 2021, a new group within AstraZeneca has been established called: Alexion, AstraZeneca Rare Disease," AZ said.
