The exhausting struggle faced by parents working from home while juggling kids and home-schooling has been thrown out the window by BMS which launched a #Ditchtheguilt campaign to take pressure off working mums and dads.

With the company headquartered in Melbourne - where staff have faced more locked down days than anywhere in the world - an ultra-flexible work policy has been implemented to allow employees to tailor their workloads around family commitments.
