ATAGI meets on AZ clot issue

Acting Chief Medical Officer Michael Kidd has hinted further details of investigations into blood clot concerns with AstraZeneca's Covid vaccine will likely be revealed later today (Wednesday).

Dr Kidd said the Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation (ATAGI) is expected to meet again today after releasing a statement on Good Friday which included recommendations for healthcare providers on a specific clotting condition being reported after vaccination with AstraZeneca's Covid vaccine.
