CSL vax 16 days from rollout

The Prime Minister has downplayed a decision by the European Union to block a shipment of 250,000 doses of the AstraZeneca vaccine to Australia, insisting we have enough supply to last until the CSL-produced vaccine is rolled out - which it was revealed today will commence from March 22.

PM Morrison: 'Not counted on'

The EU export controls - widely slammed as 'vaccine nationalism' - came into force after Italy complained that Australia is not "vulnerable" and AstraZeneca had sent a "high number" of doses here, compared to that supplied to Italy and other European countries.
