Pharma staff rate employers

Although it may sometimes struggle to win the PR battle in the public sphere, it seems pharma has well and truly convinced its own employees they work in a socially responsible industry.

The 2021 Pharma in Focus Job Satisfaction survey has shown that the majority of pharma employees have a positive view of the companies they work for when it comes to features such as communication, leadership and their place in the wider community, although in some areas male and female views diverge.
