Covid a winner for pharma staff

As the vaccine rollout signals a new phase in pandemic response, pharma employers have earned a big thumbs up from their employees for managing their way through the crisis, however, the majority won't be coming back to the office anytime soon if they can avoid it.

An exclusive Pharma in Focus survey of how employees rate their employers and managers has also revealed that Covid will likely be the source of ongoing change, including higher employee expectations.
