Another $10m fine coming?

A company and its principal found guilty of breaching the Therapeutic Goods Act could face fines similar to the $10 million levied in a case from last year.
The TGA has won in the Federal Court against Evolution Supplements Australia and its sole director Cumhur Keskin. They were found to have continued to advertise prescription substances in defiance of a direction from the regulator.
