When COVID-19 hit hard, pharma staff were left reeling - forced into lockdown, working from kitchen tables, coping with the pressure of family and health.

Being the boss was no protection against the stress of the pandemic - in fact, not only were pharma leaders experiencing the same anxiety and worry as their employees but they had the welfare of their workforce to manage as well as a business to run.
