Patients build access pressure

Politically savvy patient groups are using a new parliamentary inquiry to get faster access to new drugs, with one patient group call-out asking its members to "try and move one enormous mountain".

Fabry Australia is the first patient group to have its submission to a new parliamentary inquiry into approval processes for new drugs and novel medical technologies in Australia published ahead of the mid-October closing date.
