Use it or lose it has lost it

Medicines Australia's response to the Health Department's announcement of the new 'use-it-or-lose-it' rule for positive listing recommendations not acted on by sponsors shows that, at best, the right bureaucratic hand may not know what the left one is doing.

The industry peak body has its eyes firmly focussed on the May Commonwealth budget, by which time both it and the government have indicated they expect a new strategic agreement to be finalised.
